Büşra Akgün has been a valued member of Prof. Yusuf Yıldırım's team since 2020, serving as Medical Secretary and Executive Assistant.

She graduated from the Medical Documentation and Secretarial Studies program at Ege University and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Health Care Management at Anadolu University, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development.

Before joining our practice, she worked at Kent Private Hospital, where she gained experience in operating room coordination, patient admissions, and medical finance, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of hospital operations and patient care processes.

Büşra plays an important role in coordinating patient appointments, facilitating communication, and supporting the daily clinical workflow. She is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives professional, organized, and compassionate assistance throughout their care journey.

She has also completed professional training in effective communication and diction, further strengthening her patient communication skills.
